Protests break out in Havana over power cuts

May ⁠13 (Reuters) - ⁠Scattered protests broke ‌out in multiple ​neighborhoods in ⁠Cuba's capital ⁠Havana on ⁠Wednesday evening, ‌with ⁠hundreds of ​residents ‌banging pots ⁠against ​frequent power ⁠cuts despite ​a strong police presence, ⁠according to a Reuters ​witness.
