Argentina's Milei will send electoral reform to congress

BUENOS ⁠AIRES, April ⁠21 (Reuters) - Argentine ‌President Javier Milei said on ​Tuesday he ⁠will send ⁠an electoral reform ⁠bill ‌to ⁠Congress on Wednesday ​to ‌eliminate mandatory primary ⁠elections.

The ​proposed reform would ⁠also overhaul ​campaign financing rules and prohibit ⁠individuals with criminal convictions from ​running ⁠for office.
