Crude futures settle higher


NEW YORK, March 11 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices advanced on Wednesday.

The West Texas Intermediate for April delivery added 3.80 U.S. dollars, or 4.55 percent, to settle at 87.25 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for May delivery gained 4.18 dollars, or 4.76 percent, to settle at 91.98 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
