1st LD-Writethru: 2 dead, 3 missing in bridge collapse in east China


NANJING, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- Two people have been killed and three others remain missing after a bridge under construction collapsed on Monday afternoon in Yancheng City, east China's Jiangsu Province, local authorities said early Tuesday.

Rescue operations and an investigation into the cause of the accident are underway.
