Dubai property sales hit record over 185 bln USD in 2025

DUBAI, Jan. 1 (Xinhua) -- Dubai's real estate market recorded its highest-ever sales in 2025, with sales value rising more than 30 percent from a year earlier, data from the Dubai Land Department showed.

Property sales in the emirate totaled 682.49 billion dirhams (about 185.8 billion U.S. dollars) last year, up from 522.36 billion dirhams in 2024.

Sales in the fourth quarter reached a record 187.47 billion dirhams, an increase of 26.86 percent from a year earlier.

The growth reflects continued investor interest in Dubai's property market, supported by steady demand from domestic and foreign buyers, local media reported.
