Croatia's GDP growth set to rise 3.2 pct in 2025: report

ZAGREB, Nov. 17 (Xinhua) -- Croatia's gross domestic product (GDP) growth is expected to reach 3.2 percent in 2025, according to the autumn economic forecast by the European Commission released on Monday.

The growth is driven by strong household consumption supported by rising real disposable incomes, but it is expected to ease to 2.9 percent in 2026 and 2.5 percent in 2027.

Meanwhile, Croatia's inflation is expected to remain high this year, before declining to 2.8 percent next year and 2.2 percent in 2027, the report said.

Croatia's annual inflation rate stood at 3.6 percent in October.
