2 die in suspected carbon monoxide poisoning in Mongolia's capital


ULAN BATOR, Oct. 14 (Xinhua) -- Two people have died from suspected carbon monoxide poisoning in Mongolia's capital Ulan Bator since the beginning of October, the country's National Center for Public Health reported Tuesday.

The victims were found in a house and a traditional round-shaped dwelling, known as a ger, in slums on the outskirts of Ulan Bator. Both were believed to have died while sleeping during the nighttime, the center said in a statement.
