Slovenia's economy expands by 0.7 pct in Q2


LJUBLJANA, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) -- Slovenia's economy expanded by 0.7 percent in the second quarter of 2025 from the previous quarter, supported by higher household spending and investment, the country's Statistical Office said on Thursday.

Gross domestic product (GDP) in the first half of 2025 inched up 0.1 percent year-on-year, compared with a 1.4 percent rise in the same period last year.
