BERLIN (Reuters) -German authorities arrested three men in Bavaria in connection with the far-right Reichsbuerger group they suspect of being members of a terrorist organization and planning high treason, Munich prosecutors said on Thursday.

The group, whose leaders include Prince Reuss, is accused of plotting to violently overthrow the state order and replace it with their own system. Members are suspected of participating in firearms training for a possible attack on the German parliament in April 2022, the prosecutors said.

Searches were conducted at eight locations in the states of Bavaria, Saxony, and Thuringia early on Thursday morning.
