Crude futures settle lower

NEW YORK, June 24 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices dropped on Tuesday.

The West Texas Intermediate for August delivery lost 4.14 U.S. dollars, or 6.04 percent, to settle at 64.37 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for August delivery dropped 4.34 dollars, or 6.07 percent, to settle at 67.14 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
