Crude futures settle higher

NEW YORK, June 18 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices inched up on Wednesday.

The West Texas Intermediate for July delivery gained 30 cents, or 0.4 percent, to settle at 75.14 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for August delivery went up 25 cents, or 0.33 percent, to settle at 76.70 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
