Magnitude 5.9 earthquake strikes off coast of Jalisco, Mexico, EMSC says


(Reuters) -A magnitude 5.9 earthquake struck off the coast of Jalisco in Mexico, the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (ESMC)said on Tuesday.

The quake was at a depth of 10 km (6.21 miles), EMSC said.
