ANKARA, April 19 (Xinhua) -- In the northern Turkish Black Sea village of Gulyali, Kemal Duran walks through his hazelnut orchard with a look of deep concern etched on his face. Normally teeming with lush foliage in spring, the orchard now remains almost barren and leafless due to a severe frost -- considered the worst in decades by experts.
