UAE to resume flights with Syria

ABU DHABI, April 14 (Xinhua) -- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Monday announced plans to resume commercial air links with Syria.

In a statement, the UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) said joint coordination is currently underway to finalize the necessary procedures for restarting passenger and cargo flights between the two countries. However, no specific date has been set for the official resumption of services.
