Two American Airlines passenger planes bump wings


NEW YORK, April 10 (Xinhua) -- Two American Airlines passenger planes bumped wings at the Ronald Reagan National Airport Thursday, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said.

The wingtip of American Airlines Flight 5490 struck American Airlines Flight 4522 on a taxiway at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport around 12:45 p.m. local time on Thursday, the FAA said in a statement.
