Crude futures settle mixed

NEW YORK, Dec. 2 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices settled mixed on Monday.

The West Texas Intermediate for January delivery gained 10 cents, or 0.15 percent, to settle at 68.1 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for February delivery decreased 1 cent, or 0.01 percent, to settle at 71.83 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
