Two dead in gas leak at Iranian Guards facility

(Reuters) - Two people have died after a gas leak at an Iranian Revolutionary Guards facility in Isfahan, the judiciary's Mizan news agency reported on Thursday.

"Captain Mojtaba Nazari and Lieutenant Colonel Mokhtar Morshedi were martyred in the incident," Mizan said quoting the Guards' public relations as saying.

Iranian state media quoted a Guards' statement saying that "the incident took place in a workshop at one of the Guards' centres in the (central) Isfahan province".

An earlier Guards' statement said that 10 people were injured in the gas leak.
