Kamala Harris says she will stand with Ukraine and NATO allies

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris said in her Democratic National Convention speech on Thursday that she will stand with NATO allies and with Ukraine if she became president.
