NEW YORK, Jan. 2 (Xinhua) -- Law enforcement officials said on Tuesday they found no evidence of nexus to terrorism or indication of "political or social biases" behind a deadly car crash in Rochester, U.S. state of New York, in the early hours of Monday that left three people dead and at least nine others injured.
"We've not uncovered any information leading us to believe that the actions of Michael Avery on New Year's Eve were motivated by any form of political or social biases," Rochester police chief David Smith said at a press conference Tuesday morning.
