JOHANNESBURG, June 21 (Xinhua) -- South Africa is listed on the three global lists of high-burden nations for Tuberculosis (TB), HIV-associated TB and drug-resistant TB, said Minister of Health Joe Phaahla.
"It is believed that over a million South Africans have died from TB since 2010, which is avoidable and treatable," Phaahla said on Tuesday at the TB Indaba held in the coastal city of Durban.
