TEHRAN -- Iran and Türkiye on Thursday highlighted the need to continue cooperation between their armed forces to improve bilateral military relations, Iran's official news agency IRNA reported.

CAIRO -- A Russian tourist was killed in a shark attack in the Red Sea resort city of Hurghada in southeastern Egypt on Thursday, local media reported.

TEHRAN -- The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman on Thursday said Iran's missile activities are conventional and defensive, refuting some Western remarks on the matter as groundless and meddlesome.

TUNIS -- Tunisian Ministry of Defense announced on Thursday that it had lost contact with a military helicopter with four soldiers on board.
