U.S. dollar ticks up

NEW YORK, June 6 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar rose in late trading on Tuesday.

The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, rose 0.12 percent to 104.1263 at 3:00 p.m. (1900 GMT).
