GENEVA (Reuters) - The head of the World Health Organization said on Wednesday that Eritrean troops "murdered" his uncle in the Tigray region of Ethiopia.
Eritrean Information Minister Yemane Gebremeskel did not respond to requests for comment on the allegations.
