U.S. welcomes agreement between Kosovo and Serbia

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States on Wednesday welcomed an agreement between Serbia and Kosovo to end a nearly two-year dispute over car license plates in northern Kosovo, State Department spokesperson Ned Price said in a statement.
