Chinese Ambassador to Tunisia Zhang Jianguo and the embassy staff visited the Houcine Bouzaienne regional hospital in Gafsa to donate the batch of medical supplies. They also donated some cash for the hospital to purchase urgently needed medical equipment and items.

Gafsa Governor Abdelhalim Hamdi thanked China for its assistance, vowing to further consolidate and develop friendly cooperation with the Chinese side.
