U.S. agricultural futures rise

CHICAGO, April 8 (Xinhua) -- Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) agricultural futures rose across the board on Friday, led by wheat.

The most active corn contract for July delivery rose 10.5 cents, or 1.4 percent, to settle at 7.6075 U.S. dollars per bushel. July wheat soared 33 cents, or 3.22 percent, to settle at 10.5825 dollars per bushel. May soybean gained 43.5 cents, or 2.64 percent, to settle at 16.89 dollars per bushel.
