Kenyan runners dominate 2022 Los Angeles Marathon

LOS ANGELES, March 20 (Xinhua) -- Kenyan runners have exhibited their dominance in the 2022 Los Angeles Marathon.

Around 15,000 runners returned to the streets of Los Angeles on Sunday to take part in one of the largest marathons in the United States.
