U.S. stocks close higher

NEW YORK, Feb. 1 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks ended higher on Monday.

The Dow added 0.76 percent to 30,211.91, the S&P 500 rose 1.61 percent to 3,773.86, and the Nasdaq was up 2.55 percent to 13,403.39.
