JAKARTA (Reuters) - Indonesia's air accident investigator is still hoping to recover the cockpit voice recorder (CVR) from a crashed Sriwijaya Air jet to better understand information obtained from the flight data recorder (FDR), an official said on Tuesday.
The 26-year-old Boeing Co 737-500 plane crashed into the Java Sea shortly after take-off from Jakarta on Jan. 9 with 62 people on board.
