Morocco reports 1,637 COVID-19 cases, 445,439 in total

RABAT, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- Morocco on Tuesday reported 1,637 new COVID-19 cases, taking the number of infections in the country to 445,439.

The total number of recoveries from COVID-19 in Morocco hit 416,708 after 1,736 new ones were added, the ministry of health said in a statement.
