FRANKFURT, Oct. 26 (Xinhua) -- German shares lost on Monday, with the benchmark DAX index down 468.57 points, or 3.71 percent, to close at 12,177.18 points.
Multinational software corporation SAP lost the most among the blue chips, down 21.94 percent, followed by aircraft engine manufacturer MTU Aero and multinational building materials company HeidelbergCement, which shed 4.90 percent and 3.49 percent respectively.
