U.S. dollar ticks down


NEW YORK, Oct. 23 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar fell in late trading on Friday.

The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, was down 0.19 percent to 92.7741 at 3:00 p.m. (1900 GMT).
