VILNIUS, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- Lithuania will change the threshold for a country to be considered affected by the coronavirus next week, the government said in a press release on Friday.
Those who arrive in Lithuania from countries with COVID-19 incidence below 25 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 calendar days will not have to self-quarantine for 14 days as of Monday.
