U.S. Texas extends disaster declaration to mitigate COVID-19

HOUSTON, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- The disaster declaration in the U.S. state of Texas has been extended again in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, local media reported Tuesday.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed the proclamation extending the disaster declaration for all Texas counties on Monday, said the report.
