FRANKFURT, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) -- German stocks edged down on Friday, with the benchmark DAX index down 92.37 points, or 0.71 percent, to close at 12,901.34 points.
Global internet technology and financial services provider Wirecard lost 5.61 percent, the top loser among the blue chips, followed by semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies and aircraft engine manufacturer MTU Aero which lost 2.18 percent and 1.82 percent respectively.
