SINGAPORE (Reuters) - The Singapore prime minister's estranged brother Lee Hsien Yang said on Tuesday that he will not contest the July 10 election as the deadline for candidates to submit their nominations passed.
Asked if he would contest the election in a text message, Lee Hsien Yang said: "I am not".
