OTTAWA (Reuters) - Toronto police on Monday named the suspect in a shooting attack in the city on Sunday as 29-year-old Faisal Hussain, who family members said had been mentally ill all his life.
Two people died and a further 13 were wounded in the attack.
In a statement, the family said Hussain "had severe mental health challenges, struggling with psychosis and depression his entire life".
