ST PETERSBURG (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Monday that the Kiev government was refusing a political solution to violence in the eastern Ukraine where fighting has flared anew in recent days.
"Unfortunately, Ukrainian authorities are refusing a peaceful solution, they don't want political efforts," Putin told students.
