BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Greece's fiscal woes have opened cracks in the unity of the European Union that undermine its ability to manage this and future crises, despite signs that diplomatic moves could secure a deal to help Athens.
Greece's problems have led to bickering among the 16 countries that use the euro currency, revived old grievances between Greece and Germany and provoked Athens to accuse the EU of lacking leadership.
