JAKARTA (Reuters) - Several Indonesian political parties representing the country's political and business elite on Friday said they would form a coalition to challenge President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, a key reformer, in elections in July.
Yudhoyono is widely expected to win a second term in the presidential elections on July 8, and is well ahead of his political rivals in the opinion polls. His reform programme is seen as key to attracting foreign investment.
