WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama will likely address a joint session of Congress in February, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said on Friday.
"It is likely he will speak to Congress, a joint session of Congress, sometime in February. I don't believe that we've got a date nailed down," Gibbs said, when asked whether Obama planned to deliver a State of the Union address.
