BANGKOK (Reuters) - The International Labour Organisation has decided to pass its dossiers on forced labour in Myanmar to the International Criminal Court to try to prosecute members of the ruling junta for crimes against humanity.
In a major hardening of its stance towards the former Burma, the United Nation workers' agency also resolved to report its concerns to the U.N. Security Council and the International Court of Justice, according to minutes of a meeting released on Thursday.
