A video showing a vehicle being driven against the flow of traffic and then across a road divider along Jalan Hang Tuah has left netizens stunned.

Did a driver really go the wrong way down Jalan Hang Tuah in Kuala Lumpur?

Police arrested a man in his 30s for driving against heavy traffic along Jalan Hang Tuah in Kuala Lumpur here on Sunday (May 24) afternoon.

Cheras district police chief ACP Rosdi Daud said the man also tested positive for amphetamine dan methamphetamine.

"The suspect is being investigated under Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act and Section 186 of the Penal Code and a remand application will be made tomorrow," he said in a statement.

A video depicting a vehicle being driven against traffic and then across a road divider went viral earlier on Sunday.
