WITH increasing levels of urbanisation, encounters between wildlife and humans will become more and more common.
This will inevitably lead to shocking incidents, especially if it involves large and dangerous animals.
It was claimed recently that villagers near Batu Pahat, Johor captured a crocodile weighing just less than half a ton.
Is this true?
VERDICT:

Villagers have captured a 4.5m female crocodile weighing about 410kg, which wandered into an oil palm plantation near Batu Pahat.
