A viral message has been circulating with pictures of a dog painted to look like a tiger. The message claims that the dog's owner from Negri Sembilan had painted the dog on the eve of Chinese New Year - which is the Year of the Tiger in the Chinese zodiac - and let the pooch roam around scaring people.
