Vietnam's access-to-electricity index reaches highest level so far

HANOI (Vietnam News/ANN): Vietnam's access-to-electricity index in 2019 has improved, reaching the highest level so far with 82.2 points, according to the World Bank’s Doing Business report.

The index was up 0.3 points compared to 2018 and ranked 27th out of 190 countries and economies.
