Thailand to re-open land borders for citizens stuck in neighbour countries

BANGKOK (Xinhua): Thai Immigration Bureau on Thursday (April 16) announced that it will reopen 23 land borders on Saturday (April 17) so that Thai citizens from neighbouring countries can return home.

Thailand's border closures were imposed on March 20 as part of the state of emergency lockdown orders designed to contain the Covid-19 outbreak.
