23 rescued after hotel collapse in east China (news break)

FUZHOU: Twenty-three people have been rescued after a hotel building collapsed in the city of Quanzhou, east China's Fujian Province, Saturday evening (March 7), local authorities said.

The accident happened at around 7.30pm in Licheng District.
