SINGAPORE: A 16-year-old has been charged on Wednesday with voluntarily causing grievous hurt in the lunchtime brawl at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) College West.

The boy used a bread knife with a 35cm blade to slash his victim at ITE College West along Choa Chu Kang on Tuesday at about 12.30pm. The bread knife, if used as a weapon of offence, is likely to cause death.
