A man who used Facebook social networking accounts to lure victims into buying cameras from his false shops has been jailed 14 months for cheating and other offences.
Former sales assistant Gary Sim Kaifeng, 22, set up a number of Facebook accounts and configured them to appear to be online shops, posting photographs of various items such as women’s clothing, mobile phone casings and Polaroid cameras.
